carnitas burrito

“it’s a burrito…”
Taco Street offers a pretty standard selection of burritos and, while I am always a fan of a good Al Pastor, I want to keep my burrito order somewhat varied, so I selected the carnitas for my burrito, with black beans, rice, and cheese.
I almost find it difficult to write anything opinionated about this burrito. The ingredient ratio was fine, the rice was there, the beans were decent, and the pork was tender and pleasant. The tortilla wasn’t stale, the cheese wasn’t overbearing, all in all the burrito was entirely fine. Albeit nonstandard, the unidentified orange sauce was a great addition once I realized it was available, confirming my now soft-held belief that the burrito committed no crimes, but will win no awards. It was a convenient, entirely serviceable burrito that I can’t imagine anyone having particular issue with.
